1. Order Cancellation:
•Orders cannot be canceled after payment if the status is “In Progress.”
•A refund is only possible if the order status is “Under Review.”
2. No Returns or Exchanges:
Since all our products are 100% handmade and customized with personalized letters (special orders), we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or exchanges, in accordance with the regulations set by the Ministry of Commerce.
3. Exchange Policy:
•Exchanges are only accepted if the received product differs from the original order.
•In such cases, we will cover all shipping and delivery costs.
4. Shipping and Product Condition:
•All products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
•We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. If any damage occurs, the customer must contact the shipping company directly.
5. Failure to Receive the Shipment:
•If the order cannot be delivered due to the customer’s failure to respond to calls from the shipping company or courier, we are not responsible for the shipment being returned to us.
•If the order is not received within the specified timeframe, it will be returned automatically. To have it reshipped, the customer must cover the additional shipping costs.
6. Delivery Delays:
•We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
•However, we are not responsible for any delays caused by delivery companies within Riyadh or shipping companies for other cities in the Kingdom and international destinations.
